Background

Ausgrid is a one of the largest electricity distribution company which owns, maintains and operates the electrical networks supplying 1.8 million customers in Sydney, the Central Coast and Hunter regions of New South Wales, Australia. Their public website provides marketing information for the general public, the contractors and internal staff members.

What we achieved

We provided digital marketing strategy to Ausgrid to help them to understand more about user behaviour which drives the content restructure for a better user experience. We also help Ausgrid develop and maintain their public website, especially optimise the site performance to handle the spike of traffics  during storm/raining seasons.
